Mazatlan Mexico Real Estate

Mazatlan pronounced Maz-it-Lawn is located on a flat stretch of land on the northern pacific coast of Mexico. This location is often called the golden coast because of its beautiful sandy beaches. It is the closest Mexico resort destinations to many places in the United States, and easily accessible by air, car, or bus. It is a city of approximately half a million people with beautiful beaches, warm water, and friendly people.

When considering Mexico real estate Mazatlan is one of the top opportunities. For many years it has been over looked in the real estate market providing affordable investments; that will no doubt only increase in value.

This small city has a lot to offer. Even before it became a tourist attraction Mazatlan was famous for its superb fishing. Eight fleets of charter boats bring in approximately 8,000 to 9,000 marlin and sailfish each year! Besides the fishing there are many other water attractions such as surfing, swimming, snorkeling, or just relaxing on the beach.

With many local restaurants, water sports, sightseeing activities, and perfect year round temperature Mazatlan is a top candidate for a Mexico second home or investment.
